Ad spend is charged by the platforms directly to your own account. Our monthly management fee, quoted after the strategy call, covers strategy, setup and management. No markup on ad spend.

Prices are starting points. Your final monthly fee depends on the platforms, number of locations and amount of work, and is confirmed in your written proposal before you sign anything.
Payment by bank transfer only. Fees are invoiced monthly in advance by Tenia Group LLC and paid by ACH or wire after the service agreement is signed. Bank details appear only on your agreement and invoice. Minimum term: 3 months, adjustable on the strategy call.
Your ad budget never passes through us. We never collect, hold or move our clients' advertising budgets. Ad spend is paid by each client directly to Meta, Google or other platforms from the client's own ad account. We only invoice our own management fee.

Is the ad budget included in your fee?
No. Meta and Google charge your ad budget to your own payment method in your own ad account. We never receive, hold or forward ad spend. Our fee is only for the management.
Why bank transfer only?
Every client signs a service agreement, so we invoice like any B2B supplier. ACH and wire leave a clear record for both sides.
Do you guarantee a number of leads?
No. Results depend on your market, offer and budget. We agree on a target cost per lead in the proposal and report against it every month.
Who owns the ad accounts and leads?
You do. Campaigns run in ad accounts in your name, and every contact belongs to your business. We work with partner or admin access you can remove at any time.
How do I cancel?
After the minimum term (3 months, unless agreed otherwise on the call), give 15 days written notice by email. Full terms are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
