1. Who we are

This website is operated by Tenia Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 9843 SW 2nd St, Miami, FL 33174 ("Tenia Group", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services

We provide marketing management services: paid advertising management, landing pages and funnels, lead follow-up automation and reporting. The specific scope, fees and duration of any engagement are set out in a written service agreement signed by both parties. If these Terms and a signed service agreement conflict, the service agreement controls.

3. No client funds

We never collect, hold or move our clients' advertising budgets. Ad spend is paid by each client directly to Meta, Google or other platforms from the client's own ad account. We only invoice our own management fee. We do not provide payment processing, escrow, money transmission or any financial service.

4. Quotes and website content

Information on this website is general. Prices shown are starting prices for reference only. The actual fee is set in a written proposal and becomes binding only when stated in a signed service agreement. Requesting a call does not create a contract or any obligation to buy.

5. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your business, offers and licenses.
  • Keep your own ad accounts in good standing and pay ad platforms directly.
  • Make sure your products, services and claims comply with applicable law and platform policies.
  • Respond to leads delivered through the campaigns.

6. Intellectual property

The content and design of this website belong to Tenia Group LLC. Ownership of materials created for clients is defined in the service agreement. Ad accounts, leads and customer data generated for a client belong to that client.

7. No guarantee of results

Advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, budget and the client's offer. We do not guarantee any number of leads, sales or revenue. See our Results Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tenia Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the management fees paid for the month in which the claim arose.

9. Third-party platforms

Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms are independent companies with their own terms. We are not responsible for their decisions, including ad rejections, account restrictions or changes to their services.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the service agreement says otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
